I am on a mission to help you become the person I know you can be. "I was first introduced to Ballys Total Fitness by a friend in early July 2006. After a week of checking out the facility as a Guest and seeing if the gym suited my needs, I soon joined as an official member. I met Lawrence the first week at the gym. "I have been a member at Ballys since January 2005. When I first joined the gym, I was told that I could have 5 free personal training sessions as a gift for joining Ballys. I have never been big on personal training, but I decided to give it a try since the sessions were free. I only ended up using 2 of the sessions. While the trainers I worked with were helpful, I just wasnt sold on the idea of committing to meet someone a couple times per week who would show me things that I figured I already knew how to do.
