Everyday you hear someone complaining about "kids these days" and how they watch too much television and engage in too many video games. Well, I have a solution for that. Because children love to play and I have enough energy to keep up with them, set up a sports camp with other parents in the neighborhood or school. This will give you the chance to relax and me a chance to teach them many things about sports.

The perfect opportunity to get your kids outside and experience life and natural fun is to sign them up for a sports class. You choose the time and place and I'll do the rest. I'll create a safe and positive environment for your child and their friends and you'll have piece of mind that they are doing their bodies good.

The main goal of the class is to have a whole lot of fun! What your child will get out of it is much more though. They will benefit from improved cardiovascular health, they will be familiarized with the concept of being a team player and their first introduction to sports will be a positive one.

An example class agenda would look like this:
Supervised free play
Warm-Up and stretch
Agility exercises
Active games (Dodge Ball, Tag, Capture the flag, etc.)
Work on skills and drills
Scrimmage competition
Light conditioning and more stretching
Note: During Summer month classes can include swimming and bike riding

Please send me an email if you're interested in establishing a sports b class for your neighborhood, school, or family. For future reference, here is the liability waiver; each child in the group will need to have one filled out when we meet.

Here is a video of one of my sports classes. Please take a moment to check it out and let me know what you think. Your kids would have just as much fun as those in the video, I'm sure of it, so sign them up! It will take just a few seconds for the video to start once you click on the link.

If you can't see this video, it means you're blocked from viewing YouTube.com. If you're reading this at the office...get to work! Try again when you get home.
