After almost two weeks of working out with Lawrence I can already tell my endurance and strength have improved.  I can already see tone in my leg muscles!  Throughout the work outs, Lawrence encourages you to give 110% for your own benefit.  Even on your days off he keeps in contact with you to remind you to stick to your goals and maybe to go out for a jog that day.  Your success is his goal.  I thoroughly enjoy working out with Lawrence every week and can't wait to see more improvements!  -

An Update from Mary...

When I started working out with Lawrence, I was pretty down about my weight. Over the past 3 years I had gained over 30lbs.
I was living a very unhealthy lifestyle, eating whatever I felt like, and having no discipline or care about being healthy and excersizing.
It was a huge downer, and had a huge spiral effect on my life. The more time went by of me not doing anything about it, the more miserable I became. To be very honest, starting this training program with Lawrence has been the best decision I have made for myself, and my health ever!
 
So I started working out with Lawrence about a month and a half ago. The first 2 weeks were the hardest for me.
I was breathing very heavy, and felt like I had asthma. He assured me that after 1 month I would feel much stronger, and would be able to workout harder in order to burn more. I changed my eating habits, I started only drinking water, and made the decision to overall make better, more healthy choices. The foodplan which Lawrence provides you is very helpful in making these better choices.
 
I have been focusing, and following his advice every step of the way and I have now lost about 15 lbs and have gone down 1 full dress size and pants as well, from a 10 to an 8, and I still have another month and a half to go. I overall feel stronger, happier, more motivated, and I have a lot more energy. Friends and family have all noticed the change, not only in my size but also in my personality, they said I seem much more vibrant and happy. Summer is here, and this is the perfect way to get motivated for it...you will feel awesome!
 
Lawrence is very professional, and has a lot of experience as a personal trainer. He has two National Certifications and a Masters degree in Kinesiology. I totally trust him in making sure I am doing the proper workouts which benefit me. He also checks in with you frequently to make sure you are staying focused on your eating and to generally see how you are feeling. He really becomes a positive influence in your life. I am positive that you will enjoy all your workouts, as he changes them each time, and he motivates you during them, and makes them fun. You will start to look forward to your sessions.
